An FOI can only access so much information, it doesn't give the requestor access to privileged or protected information.
Ex: attorney-client privilege.
Ex: personnel files
Ex: HIPAA
Ex: attorney-client privilege.

I know, but they don't, just like they don't realize that they wouldn't be accomplishing anything but becoming a nuisance or hindrance for someone who could otherwise be doing something productive.
They still can't grasp the moral vs ethical concept and how they are two separate issues...
They were harping on Long because he continues to make it a point to express the importance of hiring a coach who graduate players and of course that reduces to Arkansas never winning a game again but all players leaving with degrees like, hell I don't know I'm sure there is a NAIA school out there where that is true, but I typed out a long argument explaining how the smaller universities are going to use the APR to even the playing field in the future similar to how the NCAA used scholarship limits, but it fell up on deaf ears and was ignored, sigh.
It is a moot point now (not mute, for those of you keeping notes at home), but had Arkansas finished the season with 5 wins and had an APR score high enough (we don't as far as I know, again moot point), Arkansas would have been eligible for bowl selection due to the amount of schools failing to qualify for bowl games and the amount of schools who are eligible but facing bowl bans currently, just an example of how important academics can be, these are after all institutions of higher learning, not pro sports teams...
