For moving water, stay away from the 128t. It is a barge.
If you're in that ballpark price wise, as mentioned the Jackson Bite is a great option, as is the Old Town Topwater 106 ($899), the Old Town 119 Solo Sportsman ($899), and the brand new Perception Outlaw 11.5 ($699). I'd get any of them over the 128t.

With FeelFree redesigning the seat the Moken 12.5 has to be on that list too. $799 with the sonar pod for electronic mounting and wheel in the keel for transport... Killer boat at that price point.
