IMHO, the deal would be contingent on Jennings signing an extension.

I'm not necessarily huge on him, but I'm willing to kick the tires.

Not going to happen. Extensions are a thing of the past in the new CBA. They tried to put in the Carmelo rule and rather than take it out when players objected, it got butchered in the negotiations to the point where players are now better off becoming Free Agents even if they have every intention of staying with the same team.

I actually wouldn't be too worried about Jennings big market comments. If he's bored to death in Milwaukee New Orleans should be a welcome change. On the other hand if Big Market is code for Exposure, if the Hornets are winning he'll get plenty of games on the ESPN.
