Are you kidding me? Specs practically jump in the boat.

Spec is way up there salt water. I think a 4 pound spec will outfight a 4 lb redfish every day of the week.

The problem is that cobia wait to get in the boat before they start fighting
its so hard to tell with some of these because of the difference in tackle. Yea a nice bream will fight hard on a ultralight or zebco, but if im using my redfish rod, it just aint no fun, and vice versa a tuna on a redfish rod aint gonna happen.
but lets say all things equal... what fights harder
100 lb bluegill
100 lb jack crevalle
100 lb Yellowfin

Mangrove Snapper near the surface are by far my favorite fighting fish. They hit the bait going 100mph straight at the rig and the first 20 seconds is a blast. Last time I caught one, it was 8 lbs on a speck spinning reel with 12 lb braid. The fight was my favorite. Yellowfin and amberjack are great fights too. The first couple minutes of a wahoo fight are great too, man they are fast!

“Mean-mouth Bass”
Angler interest in the naturally occurring smallmouth bass / spotted bass hybrid has heightened recently due to an article in BASSMASTER magazine concerning the documentation of a new state record in Missouri. The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources would like to address this hybrid and its implications to anglers
