He has nothing. Awful hitting performance all weekend long.

indictment against how bad we suck at hitting. Guy was terrible.

His ball didn't even have much movement on it. LSU hitters were too eager and weren't selective enough.

We hit a lot of balls hard at people. They made some decent plays in the field.

No he didn't. He walked 4 batters in the first 5 innings. He had below average offspeed pitches, and his fastball topped at 86 mph. He was not "locating his pitches" all night. We were just awful hitting.

Hitting three home runs in game 1 was the worst thing that happened. We spent the rest of the weekend swinging like it was 1997 again.
