My reply was that cersei was too cold hearted to care for anyone other than her kids... but you never know.
and normally I would agree with you but this season we have had a lot of dialogue with Cersei comparing Sansa's betrothal to Cersei's arranged marriage to someone she didn't love.

I think it's to gain brownie points just in case Rob won the war.
That crossed my mind, but it's VERY risky to do something like that since word could always get back to Joffrey/Cersei/etc before the war ends.

I agree. Either he wants to get back in good graces with Sansa's mom OR he's given up on that and is taking on a chester the molester liking to Sansa since she reminds him so much of her mother.

It was my understanding that sansa and the Jou.d were on their way to winterfell but I guess I misinterpreted that conversation altogether.

yea, I was hoping she was gonna take him up on that offer but I guess she didn't.
What do ya'll think Varys was up to with his chat with the battered prostitute?

Yeah I have absolutely no idea what is going to happen in that city.
So littlefinger expects joffrey to marry that other girl, yet keep Sansa as a play thing for him self??
btw... does anyone know if Joffrey 'deflowered' sansa yet?
Posted on 6/4/12 at 12:17 am to HideChaKidz
I highly doubt it. Littlefinger said implied that he would just now start banging her since she just started her period.

Another interesting scene from the episode.
They sure make the eunich out to be a very powerful and wicked man. To this day we have no idea of his allegiance.
I took that scene as telling us that littlefinger is on his way out as apart of the inner circle. They were beginning to wonder about him and his motives...
It's not a very good or thorough guess...

You didn't misinterpret anything; Sansa apparently decided not to go with the Hound. As evidenced by her conversation with Littlefinger, she seems to think she belongs in Kings Landing for some reason. Perhaps she's just afraid to go home since her daddy's dead and is waiting for big brother Robb to come and make everything right.
I assume the Iron Islanders burned the village on their way out and the siege army is pursuing them? Still seems like they would have sent at least a few soldiers in to secure the castle and whatnot, so something is amiss.

I'm getting flashbacks to a certain scene where a certain red headed girl was preparing to push a certain douchemaster king off a scaffolding to his certain death. Wink wink.

Speculation. As I've already said I haven't read the books. Put the ban hammer away.

my guess is no. Hell, Tyrion even brought the kid two prostitutes and he didn't do anything with them but watch them beat each other.

OK, just can't tell sometimes. Good theory, just the "wink wink" sets off alarms.

No, she said it was a gymnastics accident.

Seriously the list of people who could/will end up killing that a-hole is endless. Tyrion. Arya. Sansa. Hound. I wouldn't be surprised if Cersei did it at this point. She made the monster, maybe she will be the one to put him down.

In all fairness the one who got the stag staff was an OT 5 at best. If I was king I could do better too.
