And if someone shots 11 for 13 in one game then 9 for 22, it would go do wouldn't it?

So, your point doesn't stand.

Look at any plaeyr in the NBA on eSPN.com or wherever and look at their splits by month. What you are saying is, it should get higher and higher each month as they take more shots.

Look at year by year, using your logic, shouldn't guys shoot a higher FG% every single year because they are taking more and more shots.
