All of mine was self inflicted. I was fishing a tournament, throwing a big crank bait. Made a perfect cast by a cypress tree. Except one strand of moss. Jiggled it a few times, it just hung there, Got pissed off & jerked it right into my cheek. Of course i seen it coming at me & closed my eyes. Was about a mile from the boat launch & must have met 50 boats, Bouncing across waves with a bait hanging is no fun

I don't know but you and me on a boat together would be a disaster.

while trying to get a rattle trap out of a lady fishes mouth it shook its head and sent a trebble hook through the bottom of my thumb and out the nail.

We were moving some big fish from one floor chest to another a month or two ago. It was really smooth, but I wasn't. I picked up about a 40 pound cobia and went to step over the box, but someone slipped. I tend to not wear shoes out there (bad idea), so I ended up fracturing a toe and damn near peeling the nail off of it. It was not fun. Hobbling around on the boat for the rest of the trip was awkward, as well. Honestly, the worst part was worrying about flesh eating bacterias, so I ended up wrapping the toe up like a mummy.
It wasn't me, but a good friend's dad was nailed in an artery by a hardhead one time. It was frightening. His leg was squirting blood all over the boat.

2 years ago I was doing a little chainsaw work at the camp. I was trying to slice some brush from around the base of a tree so I could cut it when all of a sudden I cut my leg. I had to get 112 stitches. My BIL was with me and was driving me back to the camp on the 4-wheelar and passed out from the sight of all the blood. So I drove us back to the camp. When his dad saw him passed out he started freaking out thinking something was wrong with him until he saw my leg.
