Tony's in pelham. On highway 31 in pelham near corner of valleydale. Best burger in town. Has a club sammich to die for. Also real breakfast from omelets to wraps to sandwhiches. place is awesome.

I second this. I've been to the Flip Burger in Atlanta. Definitely the best "boutique" burger at which I have dined. If you go, try the one of the milkshakes made with liquid nitrogen.
ETA: Man, I'd love to take some time off and go to the SEC Tourney, but alas, duty calls.
