Those other 12 teams were not expected to win those games, except Bama. Their expectations were to lose. It was just a matter of by how much. We were only a 4 pt. underdog in the nat. championship and lost by 21 with a team with the talent to have won the thing. Now you tell me that game was not a monumental embarrassment and I'll call you a lier to your face. I don't know where you picked up your feeble football knowledge, but going to the nat. championship game should equate to success in recruiting. I'll allow it's only May, but not one decent qb is seriously looking at us. To the guy who brought up the rb out of Katy, Tx., that kid is coming off major knee surgery. We're taking a risk if we take him.

No, other schools use game tape to recruit against us just showing some of the coaching decisions made by our coach. I don't hate Les Miles. I happen to think he's a fine man with a fine family, but other teams' fans, and I live in the Jacksonville, Fl. area surrounded by Gators, Bulldogs, and Seminoles, all laugh at Les and think he's a buffoon. Our fans get blinded by the W's and getting them any way you can. Other team's fans see weakness.

Coaches have been negatively recruiting against us for years and we still have been able to get kids here. The good thing about recruiting is that our coaches actually get to do some recruiting of their own and don't just have to rely on other team's coaches.
