It swings both ways from season to season. There were the sunshine pumpers last season who said it was early in the SEC but LSU never turned it around. Good thing LSU did this season.

the breaks are going our way more in those one run games. the experience has helped. in one way, I wonder if it was a good thing for this team's mental psyche to get left out of the tourny last year. a little added pressure if you will.

My thing is that I just don't think you know exactly what you have till about 3-4 SEC series in. It takes about that long to really get your lineup set and realize which pitchers you can count on. I wish we would schedule better in the nonconference so we can see what we have earlier than that, but it doesn't look like that'll happen
