The real answer is electric, no idea why everyone here is pro gas oven. I have a gas-gas range but it's nowhere near as expensive as the dual fuel ones. Electric ovens are industry standard for Wolf, Viking, Decor...they're better. I just bought one of those Williams-Sonoma countertop ovens to make up for my huge gas oven's inadequacies.

But have no place to put it, so it sits in my garage.
