The ping pong balls get divided evenly and they do coin flips for positioning. I'm not sure how they do a 3 way coin flip, but that's what they supposedly use to figure out your draft order if there is a tie.

We are going to end up falling to 6th. We're 7-3 in our last 10 and the Cavs and Kings are obviously not winning shite.

What he said. They split combinations.

They would only do the coin flip for all 3 if NONE of them ended up in the top 3, which is unlikely. If two of the teams don't win the lottery then their position in the order is determined by the coin flip. What happens if 3 teams are tied and none get a top 3, I don't know either
