How great is the B's-Caps series? Neither team has had a 2 goal lead at any point in any of the games. That's an evenly matched series.

Last nights coyotes-blackhawks game broke a new record for most overtime games played in the first round. (7 so far)

The Caps' Young Guns (Semin, Ovie, Backs, and Green) combined for less than 10 minutes of ice time in the third. OK, Backstrom was suspended, but Hunter essentially benched his two defensively challenged forwards (and their even more defensively indifferent linemantes - Perreault and Mojo are the two worst two way players on the team). He went all-in on the checking lines, and Boston didn't register a shot on goal in the final SEVEN minutes of the game. That's how you win in the playoffs. Forecheck. Forecheck. And then forecheck some more.
