with Oblivion/Skyrim graphics.
Morrowind will always be my favorite.

I forever wandered aimlessly around the mountain trying to find where the hell I was supposed to go. Found a lot of funny stuff that way.

Morrowind > Skyrim > Daggerfall > Oblivion

I tried to play it after playing Oblivion and couldn't get into it. My tour overseas made me miss this.

Once it gets going, you'll be amazed at what you find. You can download textures and models that make it look a bit better.
I would walk in an aimless direction and literally fall in a hole full of Daedra.
You can enchant the shite out of stuff. I had a helmet, I think, that allowed me to fricking fly for 5 minutes (I think). Been a long time.
Mind you that was after a shitload of research and hunting.
my armor and gear was so bad arse.
Also, the side quests are so much deeper when you are factioning.
And lore actually means something.

I might do this since I own it, I never understood why so many loved it, but that was after I played Oblivion.

Morrowind actually explains some things that are ubiquitous in Oblivion/Skyrim. . .aminly dealing with Divines/Daedra.
The sheer level of political intrigue/assassinations involved in the MQ and side quests, make it worth it.
It has pretty much the same graphics as EQ1.

No worries I have been knee deep in free EQ1 for the last month!

Some of the inane things in Morrowind render it unplayable to me now. Woe unto those who try to cast spells at a low level, all the back-pedaling in the world won't help me heal myself when I can't get off a single spell

Once you level them up, though. . .game on.
It was definitely designed for heavy warriors in the early goings.

Oh the hours i spent modding the hell out of that game with my own little kid mind... I turned a little outpost into my own fort full of baddasses

Morrowind to this day is still my favorite game of all time. I just miss the uniqueness of everything.
A Skyrim DLC that features the land of Morrowind would be icing on the cake.
