My GF was the same as most on here. She didn't find it funny at first, but now, she does.
I thought it was hilarious from the beginning. Some people understand the humor. Some don't. Just like anchorman. Plenty of people thought that was stupid when it came out... i was laughing hysterically in the movie theater.

Marky Mark had me laughing the entire time. Scenes like when he kept telling Will Ferrell's wife (Eva Menedes) goodbye.

This couldn't be any more off base:
The Other Guys isn't full of some sort of high-brow, intellectual, clever comedy. There's nothing to "get." It's pretty straightforward and you either like it or you don't. But just because you don't, it doesn't mean you're "missing" it or "not getting it." That's fricking laughable.
