In the entire Pac 12 - Oregon State would probably be the only qualifier.

I wouldn't put Louisiana that high. There's some interest here, but not nearly the fanaticism of other places. It's rarely talked about on TD, for instance. Other states have radio talk shows and shite. SC is ranked way too low, considering they have an actual track there.
