That's all I'm saying. If you know you're going to get 5 years, sure. If it winds up being 2, it probably wasn't a great hire.

We'd never have to worry about Johnny Jones leaving, we'd just have to worry about the fans leaving..Amaker & Theus, please no..Hopefully there are others
