Another excellent episode but I feel sorry for anyone who hasn't read the books trying to follow all these story arcs. And yes, Melisandre getting nailed on the table was primo.

It's a bit daunting at times but they are doing a great job with it. Dont really find myself asking "ok now what the hell is going on here again?" My biggest problem is trying to remember the city names and the relative geography of everything

That really hasn't been a problem thus far. I don't recall names all that well but I have a fairly good understanding of what's taking place. I doubt if I'd be watching with the same sense of anticipation had had I read the books. This show has me hooked.
