Pathetic to see a Half empty stadium with two top ten teams.....no matter what people may say gainesville may be in the south but it isn't part of the "deep south"

They get shitty fan support, as do most teams (college or pro) in Florida

I've gone to Gator LSU games off and on many years that I've lived in Florida. It's always been pitiful.
Plus the Gator diamond fans are trashy, having been treated rudely frequently. Alachua County trailer trash!

They've never drawn any crowds for baseball. Hard to fathom why their fans wouldn't appreciate great baseball played in a great climate every year.
Playing in the SEC, it might be tough for them to sustain success with the poor fan support. The high school prospects see the big crowds at LSU and other places, and the desire to stay in Florida might not be enough to keep them home.
