Well I'm glad they worked on different ways the players celebrate with trophies instead of actual gameplay.

Awesome. At least I have stuff to distract me from the fact that it will be the same as last year.
Mascots parachuting into the stadium?! That will definitely make the gameplay 100x better.

Only if they also give parachutes to the linebackers. Landing after batting down a pass that was 15 feet in the air has to hurt.

My favorite was when I was losing and driving down the field to take the lead. I got in the redzone and had a man wide open but a linebacker made a Calvin Johnson-esque leap and one handed interception to seal the game. I haven't bought a football game since Madden '11 and the only reason I bought that was for the Saints stuff.

The most exciting thing about this reveal to me is that they hired a new Audio guy this year from EA Canada (FIFA) who basically said that when he came in he realized the audio engine was crappy and he scrapped it and started over so that they could get more realistic sound and commentary. At least they are bringing in new blood from one of their best games and giving him the freedom to blow things up and start over.
Now if they would just do that with the game play engine itself.

Also a little thing that erks me is when the coaches still have on their headsets after the game/trophy presentation..

Please god tell me he wants to bring back Corso. As irritating as he could be it was waaaaay better than the boring you get from Herby and Nessler.
