I have to put 2011 LSU on here, but for a non-SEC team, I have to go with 2002 Miami. I still say that was a BS interference call. And I would of liked to of seen that 2000 Miami team against Oklahoma.

Ok, I guess I misunderstood you question, for programs, I guess I would have to include Wisconsin. Does So Cal count, since they technically have none since the 70's. As far as VA Tech they are always over-rated
