Assuming Vilma does not get suspended and they both start who is the third starter?

Can we assume that we signed Kamerom Wimbley as well?

Vilma will be suspended. I think that is a given.
If he comes back I think it will depend on how Chamberlain/Cassilas/draft pic are doing at the Will spot. Tez should be at the sam
I think Vilma will add depth and pissed off leadership when he returns.

Question is with Vilma back if he's not gone all year:

Tez, Lofton, Vilma, Chamberlain, Shanle, Casillas.

Having more than one capable LB to rely on is going to be nice. Now we have more than three.

Meh, Vilma and Lofton: protypical MLB's. Not sure how either one is on the outside. Remember dunbar wasn't nearly as effective playing outside than inside. Secondly... If vilma gone all year, what we looking at: Tez, Lofton, Chamberlain?

as stands now it looks like Casillas-Chamberlain competition. If all else fails (gulp) Shanle. Spags tried to get Shanle in STL remember.

Looking at some WLBs in the 3rd Rd pick thread

Lofton, Chamberlain, and Tez. (assuming Vilma is suspended all year)if not, all the better. With Dunbar, Casillas, and Herring as backups. Dump Shanle and get some cap room. Find an undrafted LB with something to prove and we will have a pretty well upgraded unit over last year.....

It's not a sure thing that we resign Dunbar, or keep Herring right?
