In the Georgia Dome in front of a 100% Kentucky crowd.

How close could they keep it? This may be the closest college vs. NBA comparison we've had in a while.

i would pay to see that.

i don't think UK would win, but they would keep it close. playing NBA rules, I'm assuming?

Kentucky, in that scenario & playing at the top of their game, keeps it within 20 but not by much.

man the one thing about charlotte is their perimeter D is so shitty it neutralizes the biggest NBA difference

Charlotte wins for sure, but i'd probably say by 15

their best player is gerald henderson who averaged like 16.5 ppg his junior year

NBA rules, since Kentucky is pretty much an NBA team.

Charlotte starts DJ Augustin and Tyrus Thomas.... It's closer than people think IMO. Bobcats by 10 or so

It's not retarded. It's a legitimate question.

Charlotte is horrible. Who would you take right now, Anthony Davis or Tyrus Thomas?

But they've also got guys like Kemba, DJ Augustine, and DJ White who were all-conference/all-american type of players.

But they do have a shitty front court. I think the biggest difference would be the ability of the Bobcats to hit from NBA range.

But Tyrus Thomas was pretty damn good going against college competition. You're acting like he's some sort of liability.

It's like when people were saying how that John Wall-led Kentucky game would make it a game against the terrible Nets that year, when Devin Harris was a better college player than anyone not named John Wall on Kentucky.

UK has the advantage in the front court. UK could keep it close if they played well.

10 times at Rupp and UK would win a couple.

Davis is better than anyone the Bobcats have in the frontcourt.

I'm not acting like Thomas is a liability. However, Davis is better than Thomas was in college. Right now, I might say Thomas might be on par defensively with Davis, simply because he has NBA experience and is more familiar with the physicality of the pro game.

But Davis is probably a better offensive player when it comes to outside shooting. They're obviously both good at dunking.

How about the Wizards? I think Kentucky would do better against them. Who do they have, John Wall & Radhard Lewis?
