Apple varieties

shite. I bought a Cameo today for lunch, and its not what I thought it was going to be. Maybe BI-LO's apples just suck.
I like Fuji, crunchy and sweet.
I like Granny Smith too, crunchy and tart.
I pretty much like crunchy apples. I can't stand non-crunchy ones.
Unfortunately, when I can't find my Fuji, I get confused with the other varieties.

So basically, I bought like the only type of apple in the store today, that I don't like. There were a couple of these others in there that I probably would have liked much more.

Jazz are my favorite. Cross between a gala and a Braeburn. Crunchy and perfect mix of tart and sweet for me.

Honeycrisp (one word), Jazz, and Pink Lady are my favorites. The texture is the most important thing to me. It's got to be crunchy. Time in the refrigerator can help. I like all three of these better than Fuji, but the quality has been variable all around, and it's possible there are better Fujis out there.

Thanks for the clarification. I would have hated for the guy to spend hours on end looking for Honey Crisp apples in vain when the Honeycrisp apples were right there the whole time.
