While I admire your ability to cut and paste, your NY geography kind of sucks.

In Midtown, I'd recommend Marea for Italian, the Modern, in the MOMA, Le Bernardin, Sparks for steaks, La Grenouille for classic French.

plenty of places under 50. 3 italian places. one is il bagato, franks, and the other is called supper. there all excellent. between 10 and 25. all entrees. il vagabondo. google these.

Rue 57 at corner of Sixth and 57 has good variety - steaks burgers sushi fish etc and good drink selection. Can sit in doors on sidewalk like New Orleans if weather is good.
