I can't keep up with the games as much as I'd like, but I got tickets from a friend for tonight's game and immediately noticed something while at the Hive.
No one had any energy or any fire. The only players I saw that looked like they gave a crap were Ayon, Jack, and Xavier. Other than that, I watched Kaman literally stand there and watch rebounds get grabbed by Indiana and didn't hustle for anything. Belli? Dear Jesus....on one play the ball came flying at him after it had been tipped by a defender and he slightly ducked and shirked when the ball came his way like he was scared of it.
From all of the early season close games and from what I read on here, this team plays hard and plays with heart. Hopefully tonight was a fluke, because I did not get that vibe from the Hornets AT ALL.

Kaman
and they just had a game against Dallas last night so that probably played a part

Maybe the Dallas game took some wind out of them, but I would think someone on that team would get jacked up and get the squad fired up and back into the game.
They showed ZERO heart....NONE. Someone needs to step up and be a vocal leader and start holding people accountable.

Our leaders are basically all out hurt. Jack was the closest thing to leadership healthy enough to suit up.

I would think being the 4th game in 5 nights makes a difference.

Funny since the only thing this team has been able to show is the ability to play hard and with heart.
