Someone suggested that I brine it in Dr. Pepper overnight one time. It was AWESOME. Any other suggestions?

Season with Tony's. Charcoal on top of coals on both sides a minute or two then move to end of grill and cook slow with lemon, butter and Worchestershire. Enjoy.

Choke on it, you bama lover.
I'm not teaching your sorry arse how to cook. Eat shite and die...metaphorically speaking, of course.

What are you drinking, Otis?
I can't go through another chicken bone story with you.

You saw I softened the comment. That should be kosher. I will not teach a professed bama fan how to smoke a chicken...unless he'll promise to choke on it. I'm drinking an awesome Malbec...that just drew it's last breath. I'm retreating to a few Samuel Smith Oatmeal Stouts. What you having, counselor?

Hey Otis should I share my draino chicken brine recipe with him?

I don't know, Otis. This is reminding me of that bad thread that resulted in the chicken bone ailment. That's my last counseling of you for the night, though.
I'm having pinot grigio.

Chill...I know where the line is...I've been there before... and again.

Seriously the best chicken I've ever had was a dry brined Zuni Cafe chicken.
Very easy to do.

I use a veggie broth to brine typically. My base brine is a gallon of liquid, 1/2 cup kosher salt, and a 1/2 cup brown sugar. You can add anything you want to the brine to add flavor: peppercorns, onions, celery, etc, etc, etc.

With a name like that, January must have cut you deep. Your tears taste sweet.
