PT not going anywhere. He brings to much value to the team with the screen game and his running. With him and Sproles the Saints are the best screen running team in the NFL. Payton not going to give up that aspect on offence.

Ivory is a much better tailback. His health is the only thing preventing most from being able to see this.
Thomas is also on borrowed time. A turf-surface tailback that's had multiple injuries including a microfracture surgery on his knee. If you think he brings value, then I disagree.
Ivory's injury was completely different and has shown to be the inside AND outside runner that Thomas isn't.
On top of that, you've got a 1st round back that Payton has himself said he didn't utilize properly or anywhere near enough in the screen game throughout the year as your 1st stringer.
Cut bait, package Thomas with someone, and move on with an awesome stable of 3 talented tailbacks.
