So you attended the parade and thought it was Muses or Morpheus, which both rolled on a totally different night (Thursday) than D'etat??

Apparently satire is lost on most of ya'll. The float tells the story of this past season and it's championship game. Like it or not, LSU pro or con, Jefferson WAS rolled by a Crimson tide and Saban DID appear to be a Superman in comparison to Les Miles' coaching ineptness during that game. As a lifelong Tiger fan, I am well aware how much this truth hurts, but it is the truth, no matter how much our fanbase tries to spin it.

Like the cartoon South Park, no topic is considered sacred or off-limits to D'etat. They skewer politicians, athletes, movie stars and anyone else who has exhibited questionable or boneheaded behavior.

I'm not mad at the Krewe for the float...I am mad that LSU's performance on Jan. 9 made it fodder to be skewered.

Don't make them think too much. Their heads might explode.

Mardigrarita, If talking to me, I'm the one who actually knew the correct parade. Others clowns said Muses and Morpeus (which was Friday night so fail on you).

They can make fun of what they want, doesn't mean I have to like it.

And the pro Bama shite pissed me off, making fun of Miles is nothing new. A Bama float in a New Orleans parade is bullshite.

Chaos made fun of Miles with its Boob Job float, I dont like negativity towards LSU, but understood it.

Morpheus ran after D'etat Paco. Sorry I got the names mixed up. Please accept my deepest apologies.

+1.
I think the float was very funny and have laughed with others about it. I'm dyed in the wool purple and gold but on January 9 my Tigers played the very worst game I've seen them play since Dinardo's last year and it can all be laid at the feet of Coach Miles.
