Where is a place that has good prices on Skirt steak. Most places sell Flank steak. Cooking Fijitas for a large group and wanted to use skirt steak instead of Flank.

Thanks

Albertson's Airline at Highland has been carrying skirt steak the last few times I've been. Not sure on the price/lb though.

Just curious. How do you plan on cooking it?

I have a 36" griddle, if that is what you are asking.

I have been getting skirt steak from Target and I think it has been $5-$6 per lb. The quality has been pretty good as well.

Also, if you lucky, you can catch whole briskets for sale at $1.99/lb.

Try Sam's. Usually $5-6/lb and good quality. I'm getting hungry just thinking about some medium rare skirt steak cooked on a cast iron griddle on the grill, marinated in lime juice, olive oil, cumin, garlic, and cilantro. Damn that sounds tasty. And then grill the onions and peppers while the meat rests. Mmmm...
