Put the boat in gear and drag a 5 gallon bucket behind tied off to the rear cleats. Depending on your boat (weight especially) you may need to use 2 buckets.
I'm saying buckets if you don't want to go buy a drift sock.
Drag your traps about 30 yds behind the boat and watch the rod tips.
