For a few reasons:

They're still holding back in terms of info. No one has seen Sylvari or Asuran lands.

They don't have a release date, still.

The betas are quick and dirty.

If you're able to glance the official forums people are excited and love the game. I just hope this whole release date thing doesn't bite them in the arse. Back in February I was saying a late June release. Well, yeah, that's not happening. Most estimates put this off in August.

Problem is, the game is smooth as silk now. It's FAR ahead of most MMO releases. I don't know what the hold up is. Supposedly there are still some major balance issues to work out, but I don't see it.
