Grilling some burgers tomorrow.

What kind of buns do y'all usually buy? Want some high quality suggestions

i get sone onion/cibatta buns. really adds some flavor (and of course i toast them on the grill)

Go to Dong Phuong Oriental Bakery, they have really good ones, (The ones BooKoo BBQ uses), also very similar to Company Burgers. Has a really good flavor and a slight french bread taste that no store bought bun has.

Personally though 95% of all burgers I make at home are on Pepperridge farms onion rolls.

find a recipe for sour dough bread. you know the one that leaves a little flour on your lips when you bite.
