"Cleared to play" =/= Full Strength... just means he's not at risk of injury (moreso than others)

Oh, and if he does play, Minnesota

most likely:

1) San Francisco
2) Arizona
3) Seattle
4) Denver

My guess would be SF

Per Schefter, SF is not interested in him.

If he can get back to 100% or even 90% that would be a tough team to beat with their defensive talent.

Even though Alex Smith is a FA? Are they seriously going to resign him?

I'm sure Peyton isn't thinking he's going to get 25+ mil to sign with a team.

If you read the bottom of the story, he no where near ready to return.

I stick to my hunch that he will retire and never play again.

he's not going to go to the Dolphins or Jets and have to play Tom Brady twice a year.

i didn't even think about Jets. He's not scared of playing Tom Brady...especially if it means facing that shitty Patriots D

good point. i also rule out washington because i don't think he wants to play eli twice a year either. In arizona he would only have san fran to deal with.

Quarterbacks don't really "play" each other. And FWIW Manning had owned the head to head with the Pats over recent years prior to his injury. I really doubt a fear of Tom Brady will factor into his decision
