Fallout New Vegas: Gambling

Ok so thanks to the patch I can't use any gambling cheats (saving the game after winning a hand, reloading when lose)effectively. And don't want to get kicked out of the casinos when I'm on a hot streak. Any tips that I have yet to find when trying to rack in the caps. I'm building up my caps to buy better weapons from the GNR Arsenal. 
eta: so far i'm reading that as long as you're winning banning will be eminent with the earnings ceiling, no matter how long you're away from that casino.

Sexy sleepwear/naughty nightwear will give you +1 luck. You can buy it at Miguel's pawn shop or whatever its called. If you're tight with the Legion and get the key to their safehouse you can find the lucky shades which also give you +1 luck. With luck at 8 or higher, you win about 80% of the time at blackjack. I'm banned from gambling at all three casinos on the strip.

Fact. I think they cap you at 10,000. They keep giving you complimentary gifts as you go, but then they ban your arse from playing. I think you can win a pretty swagged out suite at the casino next to the Vault museum.

The three casinos on the strip all have different amounts before they ban you. I forgot exactly what they are. Not sure if the Vickie and Vance casino will ban you. Blackjack gives the best odds.

Vance's casino had an infinite cap glitch but I'm not sure if it got patched, but its still an extra casino

My strategy was to win 90% off of blackjack and then switch to slots to hit the jackpot. Maximize my earning potential.
Get your luck stat high enough and it ceases to be gambling. It becomes robbery.
If you have dead money, you can also gamble in the Sierra madre. You could either keep the Sierra madre chips or sell them off for pre war cash that you can flip for caps back in the wastes.
