LSU needs a coach that has a personality that better fits the "culture" here. I know that's not the reason we are not very good, but damn..

Can you give an example of who/what that would be?

a coach like Les won't work. Les is a mediocre game day coach who has success in recruiting elite athletes. We need a guy who can play with above average athletes and win. Someone who can really coach.

This team thinks that REBOUNDING is a ten letter dirty word. Miss-State and Kentucky looked like they were playing volleyball on the offensive boards in the last two games. I hate to look at the box scores to see the rebounding difference.

Rebounding is about effort and finding your man and boxing him out. However, if 2 of your five players on the floor (Stringer and Hickey)are under six foot, you will be outrebounded almost every game.

Sounds like we are doing well with rebounding then. We have outrebounded opponents more times than not this year

Hey Josh- guess you have missed all my positive comments- and I did not note your negative comment about TJ

Let's be clear we both want this team to win and we both would like not to have to bring in another coach

Where you and I differ is I think TJ was not a good fit for LSU from day one and you think he was a great hire- just a difference in opinion

Its not about who is right it is about being competitive, winning in the SEC and post season

756 couldn't agree with you more, I said from day one he was the wrong guy. You and I could have coached that first year team to 20 wins, since then he done nothing but have two awful seasons. I can not believe people can not see that. I have been a fan my whole life and can truly tell you last years team was the worst LSU bb team I had ever seen. It's a drag thinking how far from a team like Kentucky we are.

I agree that TJ isn't cutting it, but the players giving up is on them. Play with some fricking pride. No, it isn't always the coaches job to "make" kids play hard.

Rudy is Jefferson-sessed.

Even in basketball threads Rudy takes the time to do some cross sport lsu player bashing. I bet you feel good about yourself talking shite about lsu athletes Rudy. Great man you are

Hickey is one of the best rebounding guards (3.8 RPG) in the league, and probably the best rebounding PG in the league.

Thanks for the insight, though.
