I've always heard that the one on one drills were the most important part of the SR Bowl. It's especially helpful to see small school guys perform against the bigger ones.

Will have to check into Martin. Ellis is in the last year of his contract. If they don't see him long term DT could be a much bigger need. Most prolly think one of Rogers or Franklin will be back but that isn't in stone.

Positional need could change radically. An impact player signed or a Colston or Nicks departure would alter it a lot.

I remember Ellis having a good week at the Senior Bowl too. He looked alot like Martin did in the one on one drills, but Martin really got after it on every rep he had.

I know Ellis had a disappointing season but did you ever get the impression that the lack of pass rush from the defensive line was due to the scheme? I mean, they played the run well. I don't want to make excuses for them but having three first rounders on the defensive line and not getting much production from them when rushing the passer is hard for me to accept
