City Park Fishing

Since I was real young my grandfather has always taken me to City Park to go fishing. Its his kind of thing. You'd be surprised that we actually catch decent size bass out there off of the bank. He's getting up there and my grandmother isn't doing well so he's been asking me to take him out there so he can get out a bit. I think he just enjoys being out there since he's been fishing the lakes since he moved here when he was younger. I know its city fishing off of the bank, but I was curious if any of the ppl from the OB have ever gone fishing at City Park in New Orleans and how they did.
