And then you LSU folks, and us, will have another fine date come January in Miami.

We have beaten you 3 out of 4 times and the only win you have is in 1932. We're MUCH better now than we ever have been. I HOPE HOPE HOPE we see y'all next January. PLEASE.

This year, we had our defense raided. We lost TONS of leaders. I knew we would still be a incredibly good team this year, but it all depended on how well our new players gelled to our systems. That was our first game, we did not gell right then. We lost to you! I was right. But once we plugged in the holes of lost talent(much of D, tons on the O-line, wr core all but gutted)I knew we would have a great year. We did, as we won a Rose Bowl. Out West, we kind of care more about winning the great and mighty RB then anything elts.

And well, UO did not hire me as a coach. If I had been so, I would of told them, as my coach in hi-school told me. Drink TONS and TONS of water the day before the event. Same as my drill Sargents taught me in the Army and forced me to drink tons of water. I was taught that the water we drink today will effect our system 24 hours later, or rather the next day. And well, UO CFB players dropped like flies with nasty cramps. I know it was with the roof on, but you must remember, it was Texas record heat, 103 degree type heat. UO has like 75d type heat then, with ZERO humidity! All of our top guys got knocked out of the game with you with nasty cramps. I blame the coaches however, as they should of pounded this truth unto them as my former drill sargents pounded this truth unto me. And well, Dallas Texas had record heat for several days before our game. Us Oregonians were not used to that kind of heat(plus humidity, as Oregon gets no humidity).

UO's top guys, went out of the game, not able to run. UO's top 2 Rb's, were out of the game, injured. And we were forced to put our very talented, but yet true freshman, DAT, into the game, to do Rb duties and returns. In his first game he had 2 fumbles in a row, near the end zone, giving you easy scored. Plus, we had 4 turn overs total. One was a pass interception. No biggy, but another was a fumble and your Mathew(sp?)stripped him near the goal line for very easy score.

Bottom line... I will never ever act like a Bama type of fan and claim you did not win or rob you of your great victory. But the truth is, if you want to know why UO lost, and I have watched that game over 14 times, it is only because of those 4 turnovers, 3 for very easy scores. Had not we fumbled the ball(and yes, I do very easily confess there was great skill and coaching with LSU's D to be great at stripping the ball) Oregon probably would have won that game. (not meaning to rob LSU in that statement, but just stating facts).

Our young true freshman speedster and talent DAT, after we played you, only fumbled the ball one time. If we played you again, it indeed could go either way. But it would be a ROYAL BATTLE, for sure: one who has defined great Defense and one who has invented great Offense.

I say, BRING IT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
