Yes I am sure (unless she sends the most blatant mixed signals ever).
It doesn't necessarily need to be really romantic either, because her entire family will be there.

You need to think long and hard about doing it this way.

I thought about doing it with my girlfriend, but instead opted for an intimate evening with just the two of us.

She told me that if I would have done it where I proposed and then all of her family was there right after she would have killed me. She wanted it to be special and intimate with just us, and then be able to tell or show people individually.

Just make sure.

Cochon is an excellent place, but I still feel its pretty casual for this type of event.
