unless they have changed it, grab yourself a loaf of Holsum BBQ bread and melt yourself some butter and garlic salt. Brush it on a few slices and grill it in a skillet and you should be set.

Back in the day when I was a bus boy at Bonanza, we used to dip two slices at a time and stick them together.
