Sounds like all the wrs and oline wanted Lee in the game. So who is this JJ group?

Would like to know the players that trickled out last. They quit, and should be dismissed from the team

LSU coaches didn't prepare this team to play, and didn't do anything to put the team in a position to be competitive with Ala.
Posted on 1/13/12 at 3:39 am to Ala Tide
And that explains why the starting QB wasn't replaced? Why nothing was thrown downfield? Why we were running fullbacks into the line in the 4th quarter?

a house divided cannot stand.....it has been this way from the beginning, and it will continue. I have a 14 yr old that is excelling in every sport, he's gifted in athletics, starting quarterback for his eight grade school team, but i have already seen how kids even at his age can choose one leader over another for numbers of reasons, childhood friends, personality conflicts even race, the one that can make the most difference is the coach... maybe someone should start teaching kids early how this can happen and how to avoid it bringing a team down

I could feel it in the beginning, Ala came out and you could see "fire" in their eyes. We came out and you could see "fear" in our eyes.

they looked lifeless.

It's not about the team not showing. The defense definitely showed up. Most of the offense showed. Some did not play to their full ability. They should have been taken out at least by half time and replaced with new blood. That did not happen. Obviously the coaches did not show up to make the right moves and at least give the team a chance to see if they could win or at least look competitive.

Team conflict, Coaches conflict, and Les conflicts with coaches and team rumors were rampant last night.

Anyone got a video to back the thread up? I was too busy getting twisted with shock top to remember them running out of the tunnel after halftime.

Saw the exact same thing from 30 yard line seats row 27. Reuben could not have walked out for 2half any slower, he looked completely dejected.

I totally agree, they were never there and that is why Bama fans are so confused. Not only did the Team deserve better for themselves, Bama deserved better, they were done equally bad

lsualum, out of curiosity did this player/parent have a different opinion of Miles before/after? I'm just curious as to what the players and parents actually think.
The parent was disappointed and questioned some of Miles's decisions as many of the rest of us are. But, I wouldn't say it was as vile as some of the criticism on here. They definately don't think the sky is falling or its the end of the world.

That's because it's not. The response is reasonable.

first Mathieau came out alone
then Jefferson walkd out alone
then the first group trotted out with the cheerleaders in front
followed a mimnute of two later by the rest of the squad
It was a total departure from anything this year or really anything I have ever seen at LSU in the last 40 years - it was bizarre

That's because you were the one posting the rumors over and over again and being deleted over and over again.

I wouldn't say laughable. There was definitely something not right with LSU. I've watched the game 3 times since I've gotten home from NO and when the cameras show the players even before halftime it appears they are lifeless. Everyone from JJ to honey badger and by the 3rd quarter they had mailed it in.
I don't understand it. Did Bama dominate? No doubt. But there was more to it than that. LSU just quit. If you don't believe that then you weren't watching the game. As to why, only the players and coaches can answer that.
