Players that are leaders can surely make suggestions but they understand the coach has final say and they promptly put there gear on and go to work.

Really, did I say that! Did I miss a hidden meaning somewhere? What I mean is that players have approached Miles before and repeatedly, that is not suggesting a fly by night mentality. Players that are leaders should not be expected to continue to have their fellow players come to them and then be ignored by coaches or anyone else. That in itself makes a sham of the leadership process and council.

Point is Miles had plenty of warning that the team was fracturing over the QB and offense. He choose poorly!
