Why would I care about Bama's total? Are LSU fans and some local media members using the Bama scored almost 40 ppg argument for something?

LSU's Offense scored 31ppg thats a fact that cant be taken away not 38ppg. Im just pointing out that as well as that many of the points that made up the 38ppg were also scores that attribute to defensive plays. Shouls LSU's offense really get credit for the 7 points TM7 falling 1 yard short from the EZ against WV?

No one is comparing Bama's to ours. I'm merely pointing out that this is a waste of time if you're not going to do it for every team.

So what exactly is your point? That the offense didn't score every point this season and had some short fields?
