Is it possible to make a really good Osso Bucco in less time than 6-8 hours?
I have a slow cooker and want to experiment on a 3-4 hour version of Osso Bucco.
Anyone have any suggestions/recipes I could play with?
TIA

I say no. Ox tail requires a longer cooking time.

You can do it but it's just not going to be as tender

Doesn't take me much longer than 3 hours in a dutch oven. Want to say after everything is in place the braising takes about 3 hours.

If you can't make it in a Dutch oven in that time you don't need to cook. Four hours tops in a 300 oven.
