It just hit me how huge this game is for LSU.
In my mental processing of Saban no longer being our head coach, I compartmentalized him in my head as being a non-issue, he was no longer our coach, move on. It just was.
Now Im realizing, these two men both coached LSU to a national championship, and the predecessor now seeks to deny LSU its next national championship. This is different from the regular season grudge matches.
This motherfricker here is for all the marbles, and we play in our own back yard. I like our chances.

This is it! This game is for more than a championship. The winner gets the trophy, bragging rights for the next umteen years, and not to mention the recruiting implications. So yeah this shite is for alllllll the marbles.
