Underrated Actors?

The thread about the most overrated actors made me think: who are some of the most underrated actors? Two I thought of:
1) Stanley Tucci- I think he does a good job in everything I see him in and think it's a shame you don't see him as a leading man.
2) Brendan Fraser- I know, I know but in his more serious works (like his guest role on Scrubs) I have been impressed. Wish he had more serious roles, and I always felt he did a good job when given a serious role.

Didn't know who this was but after googling and seeing his pic I definitely agree. This guy is money in almost everything he does. One of those actors who has the rare ability to be believable as a normal guy.
