What do I want to see?

Some sort of creative intermediate pass to immediately loosen the Alabama defense and put them on notice that they cannot merely crowd the box.

What will I see?

A run up the gut to Ware/Hilliard for -1 yards.

Like Texas Tiger says. Go deep first play. Like the play to RR in the SEC Champ Game. If that hit GA was Done in the first half. JJ just shorted the throw.

Ford at RB, Hilliard at FB. Shepard and Randle at WR. One TE. Shepard goes in motion, and starts running slightly backwards like he's going to run a reverse. Fake a pitch to Ford who would fake the reverse to Shepard. Delayed handoff up the middle to Hilliard.

So, JJ would fake a pitch to the right as Ford runs to the right for a pitch play, and then turn and hand the ball to Hilliard who would take it up the middle for 3 yards.

Prior to Shepard going in motion I would pull Randle in by the TE and make it look like he's going to block off the right edge of the defense. Instead, he can pull behind the offensive line along with the TE and block up the middle for Hilliard.

Yea, I said 'want' because I think we all know the likely first play will be a run up the gut.

I like PA to Peterson. Less expected than RR
