That tape is pretty sick. What is equally impressive is the Breaux Bridge 4x2, two videos down after you click the link. Second leg is Dural and anchor is Kavahra Holmes. Those kids smoked the field in every meet last year. Watch the video and you'll see why.

The only thing that I can see lacking is a couple of years of growing and being in the weight room. He has very soft hands and he has legitimate speed.

That is a sick relay team. I was looking at the top returning track times in Louisiana and noticed Kavahra ran a 46.07 400 last year. 
That is very rare speed. And Dural's top 200 is 21.54 while he high jumps 6'7". I just can't fathom why he isn't rated more highly by recruiting services.
